Custom made wooden Villa: A perfect blend of modern aesthetics and functionality

A spacious entrance hall opens on one side to a smaller bathroom, and on the other side, there is a room that can serve as a study, home office, or additional guest bedroom. The technical room with a heat pump and ventilation system is strategically placed near the stairs for maximum space efficiency. The attic is designed for relaxation and independent work for family members. It includes a master bedroom with a private wardrobe, a spacious bathroom, and two children's rooms that are large enough to provide space for play and later, a retreat for teenagers. Light flows beautifully through all rooms, as glass surfaces are strategically placed on all sides of the house, creating a sense of openness and spaciousness.
