Innovative construction made from natural materials.
The Vita Nova technology, which we have been developing for two decades and are constantly upgrading, allows us to build recognizable wood-glass walls with a visible (or masked) wooden structure and wall or glass infills. The basis of each house is precise manufacturing and thoughtful design, which, due to the skeletal construction method, allows us to create homes that adapt to the lives of their owners.
Vita Nova systems
All Vita Nova house types are based on the same glued laminated timber skeleton construction, which allows for open design and flexible floor plans. What differs is the outer shell – the facade system, which determines the appearance and character of the house.
You can choose between three versions: with a visible wooden structure, with a wooden or aluminum mask. Each offers its own architectural expression and level of protection - adapt it to your way of living.
For those who appreciate classic details and the warmth of wood with visible construction. Classic retains traditional elements, Edition offers clean lines. Both include integrated blinds under the wooden cladding for pleasant shading.
An ideal choice for lovers of modern architecture. The aluminum cladding increases resistance and gives the house a modern look. The system with integrated blinds contributes to energy efficiency and sustainable design.
Perfect for anyone who wants to preserve the natural look of wood. The wood paneling adds warmth and natural character, and the blinds are optional. The ideal solution for anyone who values energy efficiency and natural aesthetics.
FRAMEWORK CONSTRUCTION
Frame construction is not just an architectural concept, but a construction method that we have been using at KAGER House for 35 years. It allows for complete flexibility in the design of both interior and exterior spaces. The load-bearing static loads are taken on by wooden columns, so the interior walls are not load-bearing and can be rearranged as desired - both during the planning phase and later, when living needs change.
Vita Nova wood-glass houses are designed to let in as much natural light as possible. The key architectural elements that make this possible are the glass walls, the glass belt in the roof and the skylight belt. These thoughtfully integrated details not only increase the brightness and spaciousness of the home, but also contribute to energy efficiency and improve the quality of life.
