The Vita Nova technology, which we have been developing for two decades and are constantly upgrading, allows us to build recognizable wood-glass walls with a visible (or masked) wooden structure and wall or glass infills. The basis of each house is precise manufacturing and thoughtful design, which, due to the skeletal construction method, allows us to create homes that adapt to the lives of their owners. KAGER HOUSE is not just architecture for the moment. It is a home that grows with you, that changes without major interventions, while maintaining stability, aesthetics and energy efficiency.

Frame construction is based on a structure where the load-bearing capacity is taken on by wooden columns, not internal walls. This means that spaces can be adapted without major structural changes. Internal walls are not load-bearing, so they can be moved, removed or added at any time according to new living needs.
This construction method also allows for the installation of large glass surfaces without static restrictions, creating open, bright spaces connected to nature. Frame construction is aesthetic, functional and sustainable - the right foundation for a home that evolves with you.

Vita Nova systems do not represent different construction methods, but rather different facade solutions that determine the final appearance of your house.
The construction remains the same - a frame made of surface-glued wood allows for a flexible floor plan and the combination of glass and closed surfaces.
