Voici les principales certifications que possédent nos maisons en bois :

1. CE Certification

The CE marking guarantees that our houses meet the essential requirements linked to the security of the structure: resistance, mechanical stability, durability and a healthy environment. Il garantit également la conformité aux exigences relative aux émissions de substances dangereuses, ainsi qu'à l'isolation thermique, acoustique et à l'absorption sonore.

2. PEFC Certification

Kager Hiša has obtained the PEFC certification for the wood used as well as the chain of control certification. Ces certifications attestent de l'origine du bois sourcent de forêts gérés de manière durable et garantissent que toutes les phases de traitement jusqu'à la construction finale respectent le protocole PEFC.

3. Certification SALE

The SALE certification (Sistema Affidabilità Legno Edilizia) identifies companies that construct ecological buildings conforming to the regulations in force, guaranteeing quality and durable constructions. Cette certification offers également aux clients l'accès à des options hypothécaires facilitantes dédiées aux maisons en bois et aux constructions écologiques, ainsi qu'à des conditions favorable pour les assurances habitation.

4. RAL Quality Mark

The high quality of the materials used, the sophisticated production and the meticulous assemblage of the Kager houses are attested by the RAL certificate issued by the Bundes-Gütegemeinschaft Montagebau und Fertighäuser.

5. Mark de Qualité DIN 1052

En plus des certifications précédentes, toutes nos maisons respectent la norme allemande DIN 1052, qui garantit une execución correcte de la construction, ainsi que la sécurité environnementale, incendie et seismique, et l'isolation phonique.

6. Membres de la Section « Fabricants Slovènes de Maisons en Bois Préfabriquées »

Kager Hiša doo is a member of the section of Slovenian prefab house manufacturers (SPLMS). Selon les règles de la section, seuls les fabricants respecting les normes de qualité les plus élevés et ayant obtenu une approbation technique européenne, permissant d'apposer le marking CE sur leurs produits, peuvent être members. Les membres du SPLMS are involved in the development of constructions en bois respecting the highest technical, environmental and aesthetic norms.

7. 25 ans de production contrôlée par la Bundes Gütegemeinschaft 

Since 25 years, the production of Kager Hiša doo is controlled according to the quality protocol of the manufacturers of wooden houses of the Bundes Gütegemeinschaft. En 2018, nous avons célébré ce jalon important des 25 ans.

8. Resistance to fire certified by Holz Forschung

The fire resistance of the structures of wooden houses Kager is certified by Holz Forschung Austria, an organism of independent certification recognized at the European level. Cette certification garantit qu'une maison en bois Kager peut resister à un incendie sans risque d'effondrement.
